Cleaning up
This could be a really hard part maintaining an Aquarium. Slowly you will see that the water gets dirty and cloudy. You could get many solutions on the net and even the Tropical fish Shopkeeper might give you an easier solution. Basically there are 2 ways the water gets dirty.
Firstly, It gets Brown in colour. This is due to the increasing of ammonia in water. Usually it is the left overs by the fish and if you extra food. To overcome this get those Cleaner Fish which clean the tank and the stones. Snails will also help in cleaning up. Plants also a good option, they clean and give a good look to the Tank. Aquarium salt could also do the trick but it usually not available in the market here.
Secondly, the water turns Green. This is due to the growth of algae. The best way to clean this up is to clean the whole tank. Persons having bigger tank will really have a heavy work to do. Algae usually grow due the presence of light. So better switch off those aquarium light often and see to it that your tank have sufficient air supply.
